Single varietal Cabernet Franc, aged for 22 months.  Hints of plum and blackberry with heavy tannins.

A medium-bodied fruit-forward red.  Black cherry in the nose and hints of white pepper.

100% Chambourcin grapes aged in American oak for 25 months.  A light and tart red with hints of oak and a crisp finish.

Medium Bodied Chardonnay with hints of Lemongrass, Toasted Nuts, and Caramel.  50% oaked in French Barrels.

Single varietal Vidal Blanc aged in stainless steel for 9 months, with 0.6% residual sugar, slightly sweet and off-dry.

A smooth blend of Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin grapes.  Aged 18 months in whiskey barrels.

A 50/50 blend of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc Grapes.  Aged 22 months in French and American oak, this is a robust wine with notes of Clove.

100% Petit Verdot, a medium-bodied red that has fruit-forward notes in the nose, and a nice smooth finish.

A French-style Rose with Chambourcin, Vidal Blac, and Traminette grapes.  Grapefruit and rose petal in the nose with a dry and acidic finish.

Sweet and crisp Chardonnay varietal, 100% aged in stainless steel, retaining 5% residual sugar.

Single varietal Vidal Blanc, aged 100% in stainless steel.  Clean and crisp with vibrant acidity, apricot, peach, and pear in the nose.

A very light, smooth white wine that is floral in the nose and has a nice dried apricot finish.

A smooth blend of Chardonnay, Chambourcin, and Cabernet Franc with hints of apple & caramel.  Very well balanced acidity and tannins, aged 18 months in oak, and whiskey barrels.

Port-Style wine comprised of 100% Chambourcin grapes, fortified with Brandy, and aged for twenty-four months in Bourbon barrels, retaining 5% residual sugar.
